Using high-tech methods, nano-scale pearl powder is added to the viscose fiber spinning process to obtain a pearl fiber with uniformly distributed nano-pearl particles and antibacterial material particles. The resulting spunlace non-woven fabric exhibits significantly higher antibacterial rates against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans than national standards. Additionally, it contains various amino acids. When in contact with the skin, lactic acid in human sweat dissolves the amino acid nutrients in the pearl particles, allowing them to be absorbed through the skin. This can promote the activity of antioxidant enzymes in human skin, inhibit the synthesis of melanin, and maintain a fair and delicate complexion. It is mainly suitable for use in high-end functional materials such as face masks and sanitary napkins.
