Characteristic

The raw materials such as viscose fiber, polyester fiber, and ES fiber are mixed in different proportions, adopting the direct web-forming technology through carding. Among them, ES fiber is a dual-component skin-core structured composite fiber. After heat treatment, the skin layer partially melts to act as a binder, while the core layer remains in a fibrous state, significantly improving the strength of the product and reducing the thermal shrinkage rate. It is mainly used in hygiene materials such as the core wrapping layer of diaper pants, featuring ultra-thinness, high strength, and low stretchability.
