The complete control system of the FTHC type high-speed slip shaft slitting machine adopts the centralized control of the German SIEMENS high-end SIMATIC controller; the complete set of the German SIEMENS servo driver servo motor coiling control system. High-end brand correction CCD tracking line ensures the correct position of the base material feeding, and the low tension of the slip shaft rewinding ensures the accurate positioning and cutting position; the unwinding tension adopts automatic detection and closed-loop automatic control. The equipment has meter counting stop function and diameter calculation stop function. The unwinding configuration can be equipped with a shaftless air-top clamping device and a waste edge processing device using negative pressure high-speed edge suction. This equipment is suitable for high-speed slitting of various materials such as PE/breathable film/positioning cutting film.
