Characteristic

This lamination machine is for diaper bottom film and protective clothing fabric. The coating method is Hot-melt adhesive gravure roller transfer coating, and the amount of coating adhesive is uniform. The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC control system, and the whole machine drive is controlled by Siemens servo controller. The unwinding and rewinding adopt independent closed-loop tension automatic tension control, which is accurate in detection and stable in operation. The equipment is equipped with an online slitting unit, which greatly saves the personnel cost and time for secondary slitting, reduce material waste during secondary slitting.
