Characteristic

The crosslapper lays down the single web coming from the card in layers on top of each other at a predetermined width and transports the total web mass to the infeed of subsequent machines. In this way the required web mass can be created while cross strength and homogeneity of the product are increased at the same time. The DILO crosslappers are characterized by a high layering precision at web infeed speeds. For narrow layering widths and lower infeed speeds we offer an economic alternative with the DLA of our Alpha Line series. For layering very lightweight felts with a low number of layers and finest fibres the Hyperlayer is especially suitable.
