• Able to bond soft, wide, multi-layered, and similar synthetic fibers by pressing them with an ultrasonic welding head against patterned rollers and applying continuous vibration.
• No preheating required, can start production immediately upon startup.
• Can produce different patterns by simply changing the patterned rollers.
• Achieves consistent welding quality and prevents fabric melting or flatness issues due to continuous vibration and gap control by the ultrasonic welding head, reducing wear and tear on the welding head or rollers.
• The machine has automatic detection capabilities. It will automatically shut down and signal when there are abnormalities or thread breaks in the ultrasonic system, preventing losses due to defective products.
