Characteristic

GL-TEX/PTFE membrane is a bag filter for medium and high temperatures.
Heat resistance was secured by glass fiber and PTFE, which are lower substrates (at all times up to 260 degrees Celsius, temporarily up to 300 degrees Celsius), and chemical resistance is also excellent due to PTFE.
The filtration mechanism is surface filtration because it has the form of a porous filter in which a PTFE membrane layer is bonded to a PTFE foam coating layer.
Because the surface of GL-TEX is PTFE, the contact angle is excellent due to its high hydrophobicity.
Therefore, it has a high de-dusting performance, which has the advantage of a long service life.
The initial For 0.3 micrometer particles removal rate is excellent(up to 96%), and when dust cake is formed, it has more than 99.99% of performance.
The fabric weight is 790-800 g per square meter, and the air permeability is 2-3 cm3/cm2/s @ 125 Pa.
The length and diameter of the filter bag are adjustable.
