HEPA pp melt blown air filter media is made by pp chips, melts in a tank and then spray in a mesh, with micron thin fibers. We can produce different weight, from 10gsm to 120gsm, and efficiency from 50% at 0.3 micron meter to 99.99% at 0.3 micron meter. Antivirus functionla melt blown can be produced by the machine directly, no need after treatment; with good elasticity, high-temperature tolerance, anti-bacterium, hydrophillic; thinner fiber, 0.6μm, better filtration; good evenness.Our melt blown can be compound to different PET support layer including short fiber,long fiber by ultrasonic compounding or glue lamination.
